About Angus Shire Hops Farm

We are a family owned small scale hop farm located in Castleton, Ontario in the heart of Northumberland County.

Our farm is named after our Shire horse Angus.

For the love of Hops

We harvest our crop with our Hops Harvester, dry them in our oast house on-site within minutes of being picked. After drying they are taken to the Ontario Agriculture Food Venture Centre for pelletizing.
