Deatiled Hops Analysis

Harvested in the spring, the early shoots of the hop plant make a delicious delicacy. We pickle them and store them for 6 months. Absolutely delicious by themselves or perfect in a Caesar. Sold in 1 Litre jars, these must be ordered in advance prior to the spring.

Having trouble sleeping? The aroma from hops lupulin is pleasant and a known soporific. We enclose dried whole leaf cone in a breathable fabric which you can insert into your favourite pillow case. The aroma lasts for month and will help you get a good night’s sleep. Must be ordered in advance of the fall harvest.
