Pickled Hop Shots

Harvested in the spring, the early shoots of the hop plant make a delicious delicacy. We pickle them and store them for 6 months. Absolutely delicious by themselves or perfect in a Caesar. Sold in 1 Litre jars, these must be ordered in advance prior to the spring.
